WHAT IS A FLUSH DOOR?

Flush Door:- Flush doors are simple doors that have plain facings on both sides.  They can be interior (more commonly) but also exterior.  They are often used where space is at a premium,  and would probably be placed towards the “functional” end. Flush doors may have a solid timber, Solid Particle board, Tubular particle, Honeycomb core.  Flush doors may be supplemented with a type of Veneer / laminate or plywood on each side.  Good for exterior doors as they provide more insulation and strength. A solid timber core flush door has a basic structure composed of solid blockboard core, vertical stiles, and horizontal rails that create a pre-fixed frame. The blockboard is composed of wooden strips that are placed edge-to-edge and sandwiched between veneers, then bonded under high pressure and temperature using a synthetic resin. WHAT IS WPC DOOR & WPC FRAME? IS IT WATER PROOF? WHERE THESE MATERIALS CAN BE USED? WPC - Wood Polymer composite / Wood Plastic composite   is the latest materials available in the market, which is a waterproof item used near the water exposed areas. Even the door frames have come which is a replica of wood frames. WPC doors are available in 25mm, 28mm & 30mm with a density of 0.55 and priced reasonable to serve the needs of the houses, apartments etc...with Anti fungal, Anti termite, Lead Free , Water proof doors. WPC doors frames are available in the section of 3 x 2, 4 x 2, 4 x 2 1/2, 5 x 2 1/2. These WPC doors are easy to handle, a good substitute for wooden doors, and they can be painted easily by rubbing them with Zero sand paper first and then apply a primer coat and enamel paint (as we apply to the wooden doors). Different grooving designs can be made on them with a CNC grooving machine, and different, decent, natural, good looking paintings can be made through UV pri
